Are you interested in finding out about the history of Assay Office Birmingham? If so, then this week's FINAL Silver Visit of the year is just the place to be! Assay Office Birmingham is giving general members of the public an opportunity to view the historic surroundings of an iconic building before we move in 2015. The Silver Collection Visit will take place on Thursday 4th December 2014 at 2:00pm.

Silver Collection

There are currently only a few places left available to book so please get in touch with us today to avoid disappointment. Usually these visits are only available to organised groups, so this is a unique opportunity to see the spectacular Silver Collection, books from The Library, and to hear about the history of both hallmarking and Assay Office Birmingham.

Silver Visit Attendees 3

Visitors will be met with a warm welcome, including coffee and biscuits before the visit, and afterwards, they will be able to buy gifts such as books and silver items all made in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter and hallmarked at Assay Office Birmingham.

To book a place or for further information, please call us on 0121 262 1024 or e-mail gem@theassayoffice.co.uk. A charge of £15.00 pounds per person is payable in advance and non-refundable.  We look forward to seeing you in December.
