AS THE NEW ASSAY OFFICE NEARS COMPLETION

IT’S BUSINESS AS USUAL FOR ALL OUR CUSTOMERS

It’s almost time for our big move to our new, purpose-built Assay Office in Birmingham’s thriving Jewellery Quarter. There will be nostalgia and some sadness as we leave our building in Newhall Street but we can’t wait to experience and share the benefits of our new building as we start the next chapter of our long history and heritage. This is really an historic moment for Assay Office Birmingham.

ASSAY OFFICE BIRMINGHAM – A NEW ERA ON MORETON STREET

BUSINESS AS USUAL (OR BETTER)

We work with state-of-the-art processes, techniques and talent every day to deliver for our customers and now we have a building to match our aspiration to be the best.

We anticipate that our carefully phased move will be complete within approximately six weeks and we’re working hard to ensure that we minimise business disruption for everyone. We’ve invested a lot of time and resource in ensuring that we have a smooth relocation, as well as protecting our ability to provide professional service excellence and delivery to our customers too.

Here’s some of the details you need to know to help smooth the path for our relocation:

- We will continue to operate from our existing NEWHALL STREET building until FRIDAY 24th JULY 2015

- We will operate from our new building in MORETON STREET from MONDAY 27th JULY 2015

PLEASE NOTE:

- THERE WILL BE NO SAME DAY DELIVERY ON FRIDAY 24th JULY 2015 FOR HALLMARKING, ANCHORCERT GEM LAB OR SAFEGUARD VALUATIONS

- THERE WILL BE NO NEXT DAY SERVICE ON FRIDAY 24th JULY 2015 FOR HALLMARKING, ANCHORCERT GEM LAB OR SAFEGUARD VALUATIONS

Other than these considerations, it’s business as usual for all of our customers.
