The Goldsmiths’ Craft & Design Council opens search for a new Team Member
The Goldsmiths' Craft & Design Council (GC&DC) are recruiting for a new Team Member to join its team of Consultants.
The role, as Events & Administration Coordinator, focuses on the planning and creative direction of the annual GC&DC Competition. Working closely with the Industry Liaison and the Operations Coordinator the Events & Administration Coordinator will prioritise planning, content, organisation and implementation.
This is a hands-on role that is responsible for the organisation and day-to-day administration of Councils’ activities and events throughout the year, with the main focus being the annual GC&DC Competition and Awards, ensuring that it is run smoothly, effectively and efficiently while helping to maintain and enhance Council’s positive, approachable and professional culture.
The ideal candidate must be a team player, confident, highly organised, reliable and a good communicator with a proven commitment to, and interest in the UK’s jewellery and silversmithing industries.
This is a freelance position which for two days’ a week between April and December and five days’ per week from January to April.
