The two journalists also visited The analytical Laboratory and were fascinated to see the breath of chemical testing carried out here on a daily basis.
They also visited the SafeGuard Independent Jewellery, Watch and Silverware valuations service and met Operations Director Carla Goodfellow.  There was also a sold out Jewellery Valuation Day taking place at the Office today so the team had their work cut out.
They completed their tour in the AnchorCert Gemstone Lab and whilst they were at lunch with Michael the gemmologists very kindly offered to test and certificate Rachael's diamond ring.  Now that's what we call Express Customer Service!!!  AnchorCert are getting ready for their Trade Open Day tomorrow which promises to be a very informative and extremely interactive day.

We look forward to reading about their visit in Professional Jeweller and hope that it won't be long before they make it back up to Birmingham again.
