MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR - MATERNITY COVER

Job Title:               Marketing Co-ordinator    (Fixed Term 12 Month Contract)       Department:          Sales & Marketing Hours:                   37.5 hours per week A reliable and efficient administrator is required to provide Maternity cover for the position of Marketing Co-ordinator in the Sales and Marketing Department of Assay Office Birmingham for a 12 month period from October 2014.If this sounds like you please get in touch today.  We look forward to hearing from you.
Main responsibility
  • Specific responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics CRM database.  This includes the maintenance and administration of CRM, opening and amending accounts and contacts, training users, creating reports and liaising with sales & marketing team on other CRM requirements.
 
Main Duties
  • Assist Sales & Marketing staff to identify existing clients and prospects via CRM and provide a range of CRM reports for clients and prospects, business analysis, potential, etc.
  • Input and maintain accurate up to date records of customers on the CRM database, and use it to promote the business as appropriate.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the Communications plan, specifically daily email campaigns.
  • Actively contribute to the websites including Blogs (Wordpress), Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn pages in line with the Communications Plan
  • Maintain and update company information on third party websites, i.e. The Jewellery & Watch Show, IJL, Craft & Design, CMJ, NPA, BJA, GA, etc.
  • Keep website statistic records (Google Analytics), 0871 sales reports, up to date, distribute Monthly & Quarterly Hallmarking Figures.
  • Press Cuttings analysis and review – supported by the General Office Assistant.
  • Provide preparation support for all outside exhibitions, events and presentations.
  • Monthly Stock control for literature, POS and “Marketing Consumables”.  Re-order as required in collaboration with Marketing Manager.
  • Support Marketing Manager with consistent Branding and artwork both in digital and hardcopy format.
  • Any other duties as required and requested by either Marketing Manager or the  Sales & Marketing Director
 
Person Specification & Requirements 
  • Experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM user essential
  • Accuracy and close attention to detail is required at all times
  • Good team worker
  • Flexible and able to work to deadlines
