Business Development Manager - AnchorCert Academy

The Business Development Manager is responsible for successfully implementing the business plan and building revenue streams across the multi-platform learning environment of AnchorCert Academy,

The role reports directly to the Academy Director, but will work as part of the full Academy and Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the business plan.
  • Enhance the AnchorCert Academy brand by providing high-quality educational development programmes.
  • Identify selling opportunities and developing training courses across multiple learning platforms.
  • Developing and finalising e-learning programmes.
  • Ensuring that course development programmes satisfy current market requirements and meet agreed schedules.


  • Background in training and selling services in the private sector.
  • Strong IT skills.
