Hours: 37 hours per week
Main Duties of Job:
Receiving work into the Department; creating sales orders for processing
Photographing jewellery items for use on the valuation report
Producing and checking invoice content
Wrapping and preparing customer items for despatch
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
Quality focussed and attentive: a keen eye for detail.
Audio typing experience of high-quality customer-facing documents.
IT competent in standard Microsoft applications. Confidence and ability to learn bespoke IT packages as required for the role. Full training will be given.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with internal and external customers.
Organised and able to effectively manage own workload and also change of priorities and tasks at short notice.
Self-motivated and self-sufficient, able to work alone or as part of a bigger team.
Flexible attitude; Willing and able to transfer between duties and departments if required.
